Cherry Hinton & Brookfields Medical Centre have teamed up with other local GP surgeries to form the Cambridge City 4 Primary Care Network. Our goal is to provide additional services to our patients. This includes:

  • Alzheimer’s/Dementia support
  • In-house Physiotherapists
  • Health & Wellbeing Coaches
  • Care Coordinators and Social Prescribers
