Latest Information Regarding Our Move to a New Clinical System
Our online services will not be available from 7pm on Friday 12th April 2024
We are preparing to transfer to a new clinical system from the 23rd April 2024. We are confident the system (which is widely used by practices across the country and is the preferred NHSE provider) will enable us to improve our services.
As we prepare to go live we must have a cut-off period of one week, during the week of 15th to 19th April 2024. This is to ensure we are able to transfer all patient data from our old system to the new system, For 10,000+ patients this is a significant piece of work to achieve.
Appointments
We will be running a limited appointment system during the week 15th to 19th April 2024 with limited access to advance appointments. Once we go live usual service will resume. If your appointment can wait until the new clinical system has been switched on please can we ask you to contact the practice on Tuesday 23rd April from 8am. The surgery team will be booking urgent appointments only for the week of 15th April.
Online Access
Access to online services will be off on 12th April 2024 and will not resume until 23rd April 2024.
You will need to uninstall your NHS App after this date and reinstall it to gain access again.
If you do not have this facility, application packs to gain access to the new system will be available in the practice reception areas from the 23rd April 2024.
Medication orders will need to be made in paper form/email until the service resumes.
