A senior Chartered Physiotherapist will be available to take your call Monday to Friday 1-5pm, please call 0300 555 0210. Please be aware telephone assessments take on average 20 minutes.

Many people experience mental health problems at some point in their lives. Everyone goes through difficult times and sometimes our problems affect our day to day lives and we feel we can't cope.
IAPT offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for anxiety (including panic and post-traumatic stress), depression, stress, obsessive, compulsive disorder and low self-esteem for people who live in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Options include personal therapy (face-to-face, telephone or through instant messaging), computerised CBT, guided self-help or telephone support. For persons aged over 17 years. There is no upper age limit.
